Shipping policy

All Espiritu Nativo Jewellery is handmade to order. Therefore, we can only provide estimated shipping dates. Once the order is placed, an email will be sent confirming the purchase.

For all orders, please allow approximately 6 to 8 business days for processing and 5 to 10 days for delivery. The production time does not include shipping.

If you need your order by a specific date or for special occasion, please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm whether we can meet your requested timeline.

Please, be aware that we cannot be held responsible for lost orders if an incorrect mailing address is provided.

Once the package has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number. Orders will not be delivered on weekends or holidays.

International delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by customs clearance, local carriers or other circumstances beyond our control.

The customer is responsible for payment of any extra duties or taxes imposed by the destination country.

If your package is lost during shipping, we will do everything within our capacity to assist you. However, once packages are in transit, we cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by the shipping carrier.
