Refund policy
All Espiritu Nativo jewelery is handmade to order. Please keep this in mind when placing your order. Any natural variations in the stones, color, shades, and other minor variations are unavoidable and considered unique.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you may exchange it for store credit within 15 days of receiving your order. Refunds are not available. Please email info@espiritunativo.com to receive return instructions.
Returns or exchanges cannot be requested due to shipping delays once an order has been delivered, as shipping transit times are outside of our control.
Customers are responsible for all returns shipping costs.
Returned items must be in perfect, unworn condition, with all original packaging and tags included.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the item, its original packaging, and the shipping box. We will review the case and do our best to resolve it as quickly as possible.
The following items are non-returnable:
- All items purchased with a promotional discount code or purchased on sale.
- Items that show signs of wear, misuse or damage are not elegible for return. Espiritu Nativo reserves the right to determine the condition of returned items.
- Custom-made, personalized, or one-of-a-kind pieces are not elegible for returns or exchanges.
- During the holiday season, we will extend the exchange period.
