REPAIRS

As you know, jewelry is delicate, and even those of us who treat it as such, will at times have to have a piece repaired. Since it´s in our interest that your Espíritu Nativo piece is with you for a long time, we are happy to offer repairs.

• When bought from our web store, we provide a one year warranty period in which we will repair the item at no cost but postage. After the mentioned one year period, we can offer repairs with an added cost.
• Our warranty repairs do not extend to jewelry that has been damaged due to wear and tear, misuse and jewelry that has not been cared for (ej. chipped, snapped, bent out of shape, continuously worn in saltwater). Please, be sure to take a look at our recommended care instructions.
• Each repair will be treated on a case to case basis, as it will depend on the nature of the damage and the feasibility of the repair. If you have a piece that needs repair and would like to inquire more about the process, please email: info@espiritunativo.com
• All repairs will take between 4 to 6 weeks from the day we receive it.
• As mentioned, any shipping expenses incurred, must be covered by the costumer.
• We reserve the right to deny repair service if we consider a repair to be unreasonable.
