Jewelry is made to be worn, cherished, and passed through moments of life. Even with proper care, repairs may occasionally be needed. We want your Espiritu Nativo piece to remain with you for years to come, which is why we are pleased to offer repair services.
Warranty
All Espiritu Nativo jewelry purchased through our website is covered by one-year warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. If a manufacturing defects is identified during the warranty period, we will repair or replace the item at no cost. Customers are responsible only for shipping costs.
What´s Not Covered
Our warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear.
- Accidental damage.
- Misuse, neglect, or improper care.
- Damage caused by exposure to chemicals, saltwater, or excessive force.
- Alterations or repairs performed by third parties.

Repairs
Whenever possible, we prefer to repair rather than replace a piece, preserving its craftsmanship and history.
Repairs requested after the warranty period, or for damage not covered under warranty, may be completed for a fee based on extent of the work required and the materials needed. Every repair request is evaluated individually, and we cannot guarantee that all pieces can be repaired.
How Repairs Work
To request a repair, please contact us at info@espiritunativo.com with a brief description of the issue and, if possible, photographs of the piece.
Once we receive your request, our team will evaluate the repair and provide the available options, an estimated timeline, and any applicable cost before any work begins.
Repairs typically require 4-6 weeks from the date we receive the piece.
