All Espiritu Nativo Jewellery is handmade to order. Therefore, we can only provide approximate shipping dates. Once the order is placed, an email will be sent confirming the purchase.

For all orders, please allow 6 to 8 business days (approx) for processing and 5 to 10 days for delivery. The production time does not include shipping.

Please, be aware that we cannot be held responsible for lost orders if an incorrect mailing address is provided.

Once the package has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number. Orders will not be delivered on weekends or holidays.

The customer is responsible for payment of any extra duties or taxes imposed by the destination country.

If your package is lost during shipping, we will do everything within our capacity to assist you. However, once packages are in transit, we can no longer be held responsible for their delivery.
