Return + Exchange

All jewellery is handmade to order, please be mindful of this when you make your purchase. Any natural variations in the stones, color, shades, and other minor variations are unavoidable and considered unique.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you may exchange it for store credit within 7 days of receiving your item. Please email info@espiritunativo.com in order to receive instructions regarding the return process.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping cost.

The product must be in perfect condition and the original tags must be included.

The following items are non-returnable:

• All items purchased with a promotional discount code or purchased on sale.
• All items that have been clearly worn and damaged by use. (Discretion on damage is ours alone)
• Custom or unique items are not subject to exchanges or returns.
  
• During the holiday season, we may extend the exchange period to accommodate gift purchases.
