THE DESIGNER
Ely Vargas is the creative drive behind Espiritu Nativo. After exploring several visual arts, she encountered jewelry, almost by chance, and found it to be an incredible way in which she could express herself and immediately comprehended its uniqueness.
She learned the most traditional aspects of silversmithing while studying with reknowned senior teachers in San Miguel de Allende and Guadalajara.
Ely takes great pleasure in being fully in charge of every aspect of the process of every single piece; from conception to production to costumer care.

Based in Guadalajara; Mexico , espiritu nativo is a brand of handmade jewelry inspired by the magic in nature, alchemy and astronomy.
Espiritu nativo's creations are a deeply spiritual and intuitive convergence of rituals, culture and stories and the spiritual world that meshes them together expressed through jewelry.
